If no DC Offset is present, Pins 58 and 60 will change state to control Port

Expander IC.

PIN 60 EXPOE2

Change of state enables

Expander IC 1103 to allow

data input.

PIN 58 EXPDT2

Data output to Expander

IC1103 to control AC1

and AC2 lines for AC

relays.
